First and foremost, I want to thank you nerds for making your services available on such short notice. 💯👏 That being said....your tech, Sean, arrived in a timely manner determined to resolve the problem. Unbeknownst to you...this is a 70 year old house full of more hacks than TikTok 🙄. He rose to the challenge proficiently. Upon inspection and a couple of shout outs to his team members...he supplied me all of the information and resolutions I have been searching for. He repaired the shower stuff with attention to detail... I couldn't be happier ☺️ My word! The bathtub is shining like a new penny thank to Sean 💯💪 Many thanks to you and all of your nerds 🤓. Luis Diaz and Gavin Skinkis came out today to correct leaks in the fittings connected to our water heater. We had two other service technicians come out prior to Luis and Gavin and had issues, but these two gentlemen went above and beyond to make absolutely certain there were no additional issues and updated a connection in our bathroom while they were here for our trouble and the multiple visits. They explained everything they were doing thoroughly and were extremely polite. They saved the day and turned a stressful situation into a positive one.

Daniel Combs provided service beyond superiority. This company is very lucky to have him on their team. He explained everything very thoroughly to help me understand what was going on with my plumbing issues. We had such a great experience that we will without doubt be using Plumbing Nerds next time we need a plumber and would hands down recommend them to anyone!

The plumbing repair in the kitchen went well. The tech fixed an issue with the faucet. I was telling the tech that I did not like the toilets in the home I just bought. He said he had toilets in the truck. We agreed that he would install them. Great! The new toilets have never flushed correctly. If anything sticks to the side of the bowl it is not rinsed off during the flush. Even toilet paper will not slide down the bowl to be taken away. Finally out of frustration I put my gloves on and started inspecting the under side of the rim. I found that many of the holes where water comes out are partially blocked restricting water flow. I suspect that these toilets are discounted by the manufacturer due to the defect. My many years in manufacturing leads me to believe that these would not pass inspection and are therefore sold at a discount to plumbing suppliers. I do not recommend buying toilets from Plumbing Nerds. I am now forced to clean the toilet after each use or buy new toilets. Not happy

Used both electrician and plumber. Came at the time they said they would. Kept me posted when they were on the way. Courteous and professional. Most importantly did a great job on all the repairs that had to be done. Have no doubt I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

(Go to the Better Business Bureau and see the real reviews not these fake ones that they put up) Plumbing nerds was called to install a dishwasher. The first person they sent said a rat had chewed through the draining hose. They didn't have that $30 hose so they had to come back. But in the meantime, they came back and were working on the dishwasher when suddenly my water heater (which was right on the other side of the dishwasher)started leaking all over the garage floor. It worked fine before they came into my house. He told me I should replace the water heater as it was old and I agreed. They just happened to have a brand-new water heater in their truck. They put it in and for the entire next week I had no hot water. It was only until the 3rd plumber came here and pointed out that the breakers were still off that I had the opportunity to take a 1/2 warm shower. (I have since figured out how to turn the water heater on by watching a YouTube video. I would never have bought that type of water heater where you have to shut the electricity off and undo panels etc to change the temperature of the water. My last one had the hot and cold levers directly on the top and you just had to turn them My new dishwasher was still not working. I kept trying to turn it on and water would start going in and it would shut itself off. I found out later that that water was draining directly under the sink. Water was everywhere. Finally they sent what I believe was an actual plumber,. He installed the dishwasher. Then I saw the charges on my bank statement because they never did give me a quote on paper.
